Digital & Drawing

This is an exciting, all-in-one class where students explore both traditional sketching and modern digital art using iPads and Apple Pencils (available in class, or bring your own!). It’s perfect for students who love to draw and want to experiment with new tools and styles.

In this class, students will:

• Learn the fundamentals of digital art using apps like Procreate (layers, brushes, color tools, etc.)

• Practice character design and anime-style drawing, from facial expressions to full-body poses

• Create fun mini animations and frame-by-frame motion art

• Try out graphic design projects like posters, logos, packaging mockups, and more

• Explore various art styles such as manga, cartoon, minimal linework, realistic rendering, and digital painting

• Build concept art, mood boards, and illustrated scenes

• Combine hand sketching and digital tools to refine their personal artistic style

This course is a great starting point for future illustrators, designers, animators, or anyone curious about the possibilities of digital creativity. It’s creative, dynamic, and tailored to each student’s strengths and interests.
